The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has responded to an open letter from 20 students’ unions calling for action to uphold student rights by saying that “consumer enforcement action may not be the best or quickest solution”. The CMA’s view on student refunds can be found here.

UCAS has published a report in which it states a preference for a Post Qualification Offer system for University entrance: there are various caveats, including the challenge of providing proper advice during August.
